He has argued that single screw extrusion can mix as well or better than twin screw, but with the added benefit of cost and space savings. His claims have been vindicated. Thanks to research conducted by Rutgers University and Dow Chemical, the verdict is that our patented mixing technology is 1,000 times more effective than single screw and 8 times better than twin screw!
